Directions: Take Highway A south from Highway 36 in Lentner, MO approximately 4 miles to Shelby 444, then take Shelby 444 east approximately 1 mile to the farm. The city lot is located at 504 Ridge St., Shelbina, MO 63468. Peoples Land Co, LLC is honored to offer for sale at public auction the Gerald Joseph Hardy Estate land auction.  The sale will be held at the American Legion Hall located at 520 East Maple St., Shelbina, MO 63468 on November 1, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.  This is an outstanding farm that has raised a large family and has been cared for and farmed at a high level for many years.  Farms in this area are hard to come by and here is the perfect opportunity for a great investment or to expand an operation.  The farm will be sold as Tract 1 per acre and then Tract 2 as lump sum.  The two tracts consist of the following:
